Login Screen help

I wanted to change my login Screen to Winter Wonder Orianna. But LoL Summoner Info wont let me download it for whatever reason and I've tried writing to them multiple times for them to not respond. Anyway, does anyone have that video (or whatever it is) and sound file that I can download and give me instructions on how to manually install it?
