Almost 40 minutes to get INTO a game

So I queue up for a game this morning, normals, Top/Mid. I expect longer queue times, because these lanes are popular. Fine.

I go over 7 minutes of nothing, and since the queue estimate is 2~~, I decide to x out and requeue, maybe its a glitch or something.

Hit 9 minutes, nothing. X out and requeue again.

4 minutes in, get a game. Someone dodges in ban phase few more minutes, dodge few more, dodge Dodge Dodge Dodge

I am over 25 minutes (total) wait time now. Still not in game.

10th queue. around 38-39ish total wait time. Finally queue into game.

Lose in under 30 minutes to a Kat who beats the team and admits post game to using an auto-combo bot, which Riot refuses to acknowledge exist, or just doesn't punish.

Either way, I waited almost 40 minutes, to then get rofl stomped by an increasingly common, incredibly toxic experience. The fucking hell.
