How long do submitted tickets usually stay Open for?

I'm just curious, I guess a little impatient. It's been 18 hours I was just curious if there is a way to see where I am in the pile of support submits?

Could be around 3 days. There's no way to see where you're at in the queue, but they'll get to you so be patient. Do not bump your ticket or it'll be pushed to the back of the queue.
