a bronze player finally getting to gold is a bigger improvement than a gold player finally getting

to diamond.

bronze covers 0 MMR to 1100 MMR.

gold to diamond covers like 1500 to 2400 MMR

this is funny because of a few reasons.

first is because if i asked you to tell me who improved most in this game, a b5 that got to gold 1 or a gold 5 that got to diamond 1 the answer would likely be the second, when in fact its the first.

the other reason is because bronze is so spread out that you can carve it into 3 distinct tiers by itself. which makes a terrible experience for bronzies.

To be fair in higher elo's people get to the point where it comes down to how refined they have there fundamental's. A bronze player doesnt have said fundamental's i'd know. I spammed 300games bronze5(my first season playing) got to gold and quit as i wait for new season. To me gold players are easier than silvers(lol..). Anyway it comes down to alot of micro thing's whereas bronze/silver are learning the very basics of the game and improving them so therefore of course its a bigger improvement overall but doesnt mean its a better one.

Bronze 5 is actually about 900~ MMR

the MMR can drop down to 0 when you lose even more games at the bottom of the latter.

but normal MMR for b5 is about 900-1000(not sure about the exact numbers, but my point is that the average Bronze 5 player has far more than 0 MMR).

Also, MMR is always relative.

Challenger tier is about 2500 MMR.

So Diamond to Challenger covers like 400 MMR.

By your logic, an improvement from Diamond to Challenger isn't even worth as much as an improvement from Bronze to Gold.

Pretty much everybody can come to Gold, but not to Challenger.

Hey mate, I can tell you now, it isn't, maybe in mmr, but that. Is just learning how to apply common sense, and table the obstacles,

But as you reach plat, the tension begins, I flew from bronze to silver, got stuck for a year, after a year, went from silver to plat, I don't even remember gold,

But now, it's not about skill, or common sense, it's about team work, consistency, producing results under pressure,

I'm nearing to diamond, and it's fkin hard

You do realize the higher you get, it is exponentially harder to climb. In low elo mistakes are easily fixable and you can quickly climb, but someone in master would have to play many many games to get to the next level.

I agree somewhat. The difference between bronze and gold is like someone playing with their feet vs their hands. Absolutely horrid. Plus, the majority of diamond 5 players only got there from mechanics which aren't that much better than that of golds.

However I disagree about your comparison from Gold 5 to Diamond 1 I disagree. That is harder than B5 to G1 b/c for a b5-g1 you are jumping from a 1 in 1 player to a 1 in 7 player, vs g5-d1 where you are jumping from a 1 in 3 player to a 1 in 1000 player
