The ability to give encouragement to those up for promotion

I guess in theory it'd be kind of like giving a thumbs-up for liking someone's post, but instead the person up for promotion will just be notified that some people are rooting for them before their next promotional game. So when we look through our league there would be a button to send our cheer(?). Like a "ganbare" or "Fighting/Hwaiting" or something along those lines lol.

I know it doesn't really change much (whether the person up for promotion wins or loses), but it'd be cool if people could give some kind of encouragement to those battling it out to go up a tier or division.
