Tribunal any news on when it will be up and running.

I would love to know when the tribunal will be up and running. I think it is a necessary evil due to the large amount of toxic players. It seems like every other game there is at least one toxic player causing problems. This ofcource does not encourage new players to continue playing or recommend it to others. Also If the tribunal was working properly then i think more people would make use of the report button.
