Can you guys please update your support system?

Every time I try to send them something, I get a copy and pasted message. There are a ton of posts on the forums about issues that people have that support completely ignored them. The most recent one I saw was some guy that got perma banned for hitting H with Sion's ult. He tried support multiple times, they told him he was using scripts and they would not even look into it and punishment was final. It took him posting on the boards and a rioter looking into the case to actually get it resolved and his account unbanned.

Why the fuck does it take all that? Why can't the people YOU HIRE for these types of things resolve them? Like, they don't even try. At all. Don't even allow the person to answer if they are going to copy and paste a message. A simple, "I have no idea about the subject you are talking about, so I'm going to transfer you to someone that does" would be better than the garbage your "support" team spews. Your company has plenty of resources.

Tl;Dr: Step your support game up. It is currently below that of a 3rd world country selling sticks.
