Who should I save up for?

Should I buy volibear or save up for yasuo? I currently have 4800 IP. I've saved up for volibear but now that I think about it I wanted yasuo, cuz lets faces it: hes snowballs pretty hard and hes also manaless, so I considered that I should save up for yasuo. What do you guys think? Im too poor for RP

Fyi, yasuo takes time to master so don't expect that you are going to snowball your lane opponent in your first game.

yasuo is meh he is annoying in lane with his hops but that's all

better buy ahri
