I have an idea for those whom have an overload of useless IP

So I have just about every champ, and over 25 thousand IP. This IP is just about completly useless, UNLESS a champ comes out. Now, champs don't come out fast enough to use that IP. I believe RIOT should give the people a period of time to buy skins with IP. Yes this is probably a long shot, but I believe this would make RIOTERS happy. Also, if RIOT does do this, yes they might be super expensive, but just like when new things come out, we should be given a time period of deals!
