First of all change your account password before you lose it. Secondly send a ticket to player support saying what happened and include the spam link. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

All free riot points does not work, even the generators. If you put your username down, means your account is hacking and unable to log in to your account anymore. I tried that before
