PLS RITO IDK why so many files are loading and it is still 0% i closed my client 1 time and then just let it go. Now it is on 2550 AND 0%

This is a common issue on the NA server. Waiting out the files will allow you to patch as normal. Don't worry yourself, LoL is not broken.
