Reporting and the Tribunal

Ive been getting reported a lot recently since the ELO reset by people who get extremely mad when they lose after they have talked negatively all game to others in all chat, I usually say something like ¨We will see whos laughing when your screen says defeat¨ They lose. and then they report me for verbal abuse, Ive been chat restricted twice because these trolls think its funny to abuse the report button. I dont know what to do tbh. I dont want to get perma banned. Rito please help.
