Custom Games Love (Boot button, more options etc.)

Riot needs to give some love to custom game modes and control over the games. Hide and seek is a great example. Without having a boot button trolls run rampant. It is obnoxious and I don't understand why game creators cant boot players. On top of that, custom games need more options for gamemodes and random fun things. Because why not?
