RIOT: We need a Website like Garena for promotional events.

Hello League community,

I'm quite curious as to why North America, the largest power-base for league of legends fandom and support, has no option or availabilty to something similar like this collect a snowflake event. It's a fun little "game" to visit the site daily, play a game, and collect a snowflake. Eventually resulting in skins/RP/IP boost etc. I believe that this would be a great idea, possibly with a 2-3$ monthly or bi-monthly surcharge to signup with the site.

Ps. Garena has a service costing 5$ a month
