What are the new requirements to saying in the PBE?

A while ago I saw a post about how Riot changed the policy behind allowing players in the PBE. Allowing us to stay in it by constantly logging on and testing the new features added. Maybe i missed it but I didn't see anything in the post about how frequent players should login to stay in the PBE. I topically try to test every new feature of a PBE patch before I go back to playing on the normal servers but I'm not sure if Riot expects more from us, which really ins't a problem to me, I'm just curios on what is expected from us.
