Baron Replays Help

I downloaded this, and i tried to move it to my external harddrive, but i think i f'ed up. So I cannot open the files, because it says it is already open, but no menu is up, and i cannot delete it because the files are open. Help me please :( is there any way to auto save something to my external so this doesnt happen again??
