Balance got better than anytime because...

Riot buffed weak ones. If they keep buffing it will be better. Nerfing should only be used on too powerful ones. Nerfing (actually gutting) was not good. Look at Azir and Syndra. Is it get better after when they got nerfed? No. When it got better? When riot started to buff weak champions. Please, keep it.
