Don't lock champ, ''dodge'' game and lose LP. WHY!?

Why do we have to lock our champ? SOOOO many people get stupid loses because they don't lock their champ. Played 3 games tonight and saw 5 people ''dodge'' because they didn't lock. You DIDN'T have to lock before, you CAN'T lock during pick intent, you MUST lock during pick. Is it asking to much to be consistent and logical Riot? The guy clearly picked Fiora, Yasuo, Janna, there was no possible misunderstanding, but the system was too dumb to know it? The number of dodge with the new system must be 1000% higher than last season and you can't see the stupidity of the situation?

Right now, if you told me that 40-50% of game queues end with a ''dodge'', I wouldn't be surprised.

well the main reason is because season 6 is a fast season. and what pisses me off the most is when like the first pick says "i go mid vel koz" so he knows his champ his lane everything, it takes him 1sec to pick his champ and he doesnt lock it in. why the fuck do i have to wait 59 sec for this idiot when he knows he wont change it anyways? LOCK IT IN THE FUCK!!!
