Games with a Rioter

Hi! I've just been told that if you have 1000 normal wins you can play a game with a Rioter! Since I have over 2000 wins i think i qualify xD. I would love to play with Kobe if possible he has been my favorite shout caster throughout his career. If not thats fine! Thanks xD
