Idea on refund tokens?

Im pretty sure everyone has used up their 3 refund tokens that riot gave out like a season or two ago, and im sure everyone wants another token, so i was wondering riot, what if you allowed us to buy refund tokens with ip? of course it wont be cheap, probably about the same price as a name change. what do you think?
