Nerf Note

How to use the Nerf Note:

1. The Champion whose name is written in this Nerf Note shall be nerfed so hard that they become unplayable 2.This Note will not take affect unless the writer owns the champion and has played at least one game as, with or against said champion
2. If a specific nerf is written within 40 seconds, it will happen
3. If nerf is not specified, the champion will have all their base stats lowered by 100.
4. After the nerf is written, specific details should be written within 6 minutes and 40 seconds.
5. The note shall become the property of the player world upon touching the boards.
6. The owner of the Note can recognize the voice and image of the original owner i.E. a Riot balance team member.
7. The player who uses the notebook can neither be in Challenger or Bronze
8. The player who become the owner of the Nerf Note can, in exchange for half of his/her remaining LP, get the eyes of a balance team member, which will enable them to see what will make a champion unplayable upon purchase of that champion.
