Champion Sales

So, as everyone knows, you can purchase champions with IP (earned from playing games), or RP (purchased with ACTUAL money). Most people don't buy champions with RP, and would rather buy skins. This brings me to my topic; if few people are purchasing champions with RP (regardless of how many sales are advertised), why not, instead of doing three champion sales, and three champions skin sales a week, make it five skin sales, and cut the champion sales out? Or, better yet, do an IP sale (where the champ moves down one bracket for five days or so) on a single champion once every, say... two weeks? That way, we aren't getting every 6300 IP champ for 4800 every day, but if you happen to want graves, but only have 4800 IP, (assuming it's HIS sale) you could purchase him without playing another ten matches to catch your IP up with his IP cost.
