Team Builder Queue

Thoughts on the idea of a team builder queue that would let you select your position before you get to champion select I.E. Mid top Jung, etc. That way as soon as you are in champion select you just pick a champ instead of arguing over positions and have more time to discuss method and strategy for the game you are about to play. Has anyone brought this up to riot or heard anything about it being a possibility?
