Help me get better?

I am in the bottom of the league ranking system. I am the scum of league. I love the game but I am not the best at it. I was just wondering if there was anyone in platinum or diamond that would be willing to play normals with me so I can improve my skills and carry myself up into higher tiers. I would be willing to gift skins for so many games you play with me. My ultimate goal is to play maybe 50-100 games per month with some high tier guys so in about a few months, ill have improved a lot :) please help me
