Suspension for Unspecified Violation

I received a suspension last night. Riot sent me this email

Actions that have been performed on your account are in violation of the League of Legends Terms of Use. You can review these terms at http://www.leagueoflegends.com/legal/termsofuse

Due to the severity of this violation, your League of Legends account has been banned until Thu Aug 13 21:18:20 UTC 2015

Has anyone else received a suspension for an unspecified reason? I would like to correct my future actions so this never happens again. It would be much easier for me to understand how to correct my actions if i was told what I had done. The blanket statement of a TOS violation does not really help me correct my actions what so ever. Previously I had always come to the conclusion that disciplinary actions were taken to help players change their behaviors, at least that is was is always said in my game load screens. How is this possible if players are suspended / disciplined and not given a reason why?

10 days isnt he typical ban duration. Typical punishments are ,from least severe to most severe, Warning>suspension(in days) 1, 3, 7, 14> Permaban. I do believe people who were using exploits such as the jax/zhonyas exploit, botrk exploit, zoom hack etc etc depending on the severity received either a 13, 23 or 39 day ban. A 10 day ban to me sounds like your account is under investigation and they locked your account out for the investigation. But this is just speculation. You should contact support but if it is under investigation I doubt they will tell you.

The fact is if you were banned you were either ragequitting alot of your matches or you were being extremely toxic towards your teammates. Don't get me wrong an adc that goes 1-7 in the first 10 minutes deserves to have their asshole chewed out, but in this game we aren't allowed to do that cause we might hurt their tender feelings. More than likely you were banned for one of these 2 reasons so YOU KNOW which it is stop acting shocked, get over your ban, and change your behavior. You don't need someone to tell you what you did wrong unless you are really that delusional.

Yeah sure, that's how you got that name. Your entire post is troll in this summoner's opinion and honestly if you got banned you deserved it. I've been banned for 14 days and while it sucked I have turned things around since then. Usually this entails just muting people that rub me the wrong way and also by playing EVERY game with all-chat turned off.
