League Workout ! Get yourself some exercise while playing LoL
I came up with that a couple of days ago to get me motivated to win and to get exercise. I know I'm probably not the first to coime up with that but I thought I'd share it
It's fairly simple and it involves basic math ( I know but hang on ). It's a system based on how good you did and if you won or lost ! So here are the equations :
x = Deaths y = Kills t = Duration of the game
Push Ups : Lose : Nb = 4x+10 Win : Nb = 2x
Sit Ups : Lose : Nb = 4x+15 Win : Nb = 2x
Squats : Lose : Nb = 5x + 15 Win : Nb = 2x + 10
Cardio :
Lose : ((t/4) * x) - 2y or 2x + 2y ( Whatever suits you best )
Win : Nothing
Feel free to adapt this to your level, this is what I do after each game and I'm not fit at all so it's fairly easy. _For the cardio I suggest you only do it once per day instead of after each game because otherwise you'd do way to much cardio for one day and that could be unpleasant or even dangerous. _ That's pretty much it I've been for about a week and my push-up game as already become better xD !
