MORE PLAYERS THAT TROLL AND ARE NEGATIVE

I am trying to find something positive about this game. The game is really fun. I invested a lot of time and money into it. I like to learn how new champions word. I like to play against players that are good at the game and learn from them. I like to buy skins that I find neat looking and use them in game. I like to read the lore surrounding my favorite characters.

What I do not like is being forced to play with immature players that only que in the game to cause drama, insult others players, and troll. The last three games I have gotten one or more players that have either trolled or harassed me. I do not think I should have to "leave to go play normal and bot games" because a negative player is queing in the game. I don't want to here any player from this community coming up to me and saying: "well you can always play a different match-mode. I want to play ranked like everyone else. I want to play ONE ranked game honestly with players that do not ruin it. Like seriously can you do absolutely nothing to fix this problem? Why is there not a feature that puts all these players in their own que so they can troll each other. Why is there not a feature that checks players for runes and masteries before they even play ranked for the first time. Players with no masteries or runes should not play ranked. Why am I being put with a Sona that is building health and armor with a smite summoner spell, in the mid lane, and losing miserably. She left her lane in the middle of the match and went to kill a JG minion. I was JG. Why am I being paired with this player? Do you expect me to play with her in hopes of carrying her through the game?

I get another guy just now who really wanted to jungle. I was going to jungle and was nice enough to let him go it. He decides to go Morde jungle and doesn't do anything but feeds. He blames us and flames me. I did not insult him once. I actually told everyone in my group to lay off him but he calls me a negative name. The guy then tells me the only reason he wanted to go jungle was to test the old Morde JG with the new Morde JG he test on the PBE server. Then he flames me again. I am sorry Riot you don't understand why players like me and others get so mad. You do nothing about it either. We need a better matchmaking system and way for players to meet and group up. I am tired of getting all these players that want to flame and troll me. I just want to play the game and climb up in rank. I don't even really care about being a high rank. I just want to play ONE honest game where someone is not flaming or trolling me. You do not seem to comprehend how much drama, negativity, bullying, and trolling a lot of players give honest player like me and others.
