jinx and the champion page

jinx appears to be from zaun on the champion page, but according to the lore nobody know s where she is from. her sister vi, however is from piltover. I believe that jinx should be counted as a piltover champion due to the fact that her history is with piltover and the only thing that would incorporate her with zuan is her clothing. Jinx's weapons are hexplosive coming from piltover adding another reason for her to be counted as a piltover chamion
