Is there a way to request Perm chat restriction on an account?

Basically I am in the pit of bronze hell and lets face it there is absolutely nothing nice to say about the scum of bronze...

They afk without reason or a heads up They dont care They have no mechanics They have no urge to finish a game They feed overextend and over stay They have no map awareness They dont counter pick They dont learn champs They are rude, report, and verbally mindscrew players into playing terrible

Bronze isnt a fun place to play...period and there is not a nice thing to say about a bronze player myself included

so instead of giving me a temporary ban please ban me permanently from being able to talk trash to the scum of the earth
