What champions are good and what champions need to be plain nerfed in URF

I think we can safely say that the point of URF is being lost due to a few champions that just one shot you and 1v3 your team while being tanky. What champions do you think are balanced right now? What champions should be removed like Kassadin was last year? Say in comments.
