PvP for Super Teemo

I started playing league earlier this year and I took a liking immediately to the champion called teemo when i first started playing .. my friends that got me into league called me an asshole for liking him but the thing is i love all yordle champs a lot I Love LULU I Love heimer I LOve Teemo I Love Ziggs I Love Tristana. when i started pvp i realized i was extremely bad with teemo but decent with the other yordles... The thing is I still love teemo a lot Like i honestly don't care about winning or losing unless im on a very bad losing streak which i have been on because of sated devourer shyvana.... and yi... but that's not the point my friends told me that they would gift me a skin for a champion i absolutely loved and i told them Teemo .. they did not approve so they refused to gift me the super teemo skin or astronaut teemo skin i wanted so this led me to stop playing teemo to prove to them i can get better with other champs but again.. I LOve teemo he was the first champ i felt something right abot yordles are just the best champs in league in my honest opinion I love when they are free I am saving up to buy ziggs now as I post this BUt on to the main point of this post my friends promised me a skin which is fine i didn't receive for teemo I am just wondering if i can pvp someone for the skin because i actually am not allowed by my mom to play league that much so she wont let me go buy an rp card ;-; (im 16) and even if u don want to pvp me and gift the skin we can still talk about how awesome yordles are in the comments my username is kaisworld if ya wanna add :D
