Russian Transfer issues

RiotWulalowe – 12/17/2014 We have temporarily disabled transfers to Russia.

Curious if this is due to the political happening and internet restrictions that Russia have instituted about sharing account info and privacy related things?

Maybe just server maintenance???

Also wondering if this will be affecting the potential for a Russian League Worlds team?

Not asking for a binding or finalized statement (understand political booby traps are everywhere) just looking for some speculation.
