Cheap lol laptop

So I need a new laptop. Does anyone know of a laptop I can run league at low settings at about 40 fps. I just want something cheap to be able to play league on.

Get an ACER from your local Walmart I don't play many games on my laptop and mainly use it for research and working but when I play LoL I get 40 fps no problem mine was 400$ but prices vary depending on location and time of year
