I want new friends to play with

Title says it all. I want to play for fun with some people. All my friends don't stay up as late as I do and I find that playing by myself is boring. So I don't play at all. I'm level 28 and still kinda newish even though I've been playing for almost 2 years. I wanna play for fun. I really don't care about winning or losing.
