Who is your highest Champion mastery?

I'm just curious, since i have yet to see someone with more mastery points on a single champion as me, who is your top champion at the moment? I'm thinking im going to get thresh to about 200k, then i'll start branching off to other champions a bit more often.

I've got 4/5 on Ahri but I don't play on SR as much as I should.

I've now seen more than 4 people with a mastery score of more than 100k+ for thresh. These were just random encounters too.
