A Request for Riot

Hello. I am writing this is order to provide an idea to help the community reach it's goals during the Pool Party week. I believe that enabling mystery gifts would greatly increase the desire to gift our friends and to-be-friends. This in turn would allow the community to form bonds and reach the Pool Party goals.
