The Best I can recommend is a GT430 for around $60 maybe $50 and even then I cant recommend that because it would melt in your models case(I'm all too familiar). Your PC model if I'm looking at the specs right is really outdated and we have a double problem, 1. I don't think any card less than $50 is going to help you at all for what want 2. any card worth its salt at $100 or above wouldn't be supported by your system, especially the power supply(NOTE:in any brand PC they are more than likely being as cheap as possible and using off brand components, but most importantly they all most always have inadequate power supplies straight outta the box, 250W is only going to be spread thin in your PC and be especially bad with a Graphics Card, most GPUs recommend 300-400w at the least! not having adequate power is a good way to kill your already shoddy parts faster) and airflow(Brand PCs are built to not be tampered with and therefore run just cool enough to not be blowing up or crashing or anything like that, and I cant really call it airflow in these brand PC cases because its more like air just happens to wander in and then leave after sitting there hot after a while, raising temps and causing trouble), now that was a nightmare when I first started building PCs. But then again, I have been content with my GTX 650 and relatively modern 8gB Ram, 4 core GPU, and adequate power supply and air flow, and have forgotten all about those horrible days of trial and error brand PCs and cheap GPUS, so maybe someone else more currently "in the know" might be of more help.
