So a question about automated punishments

Ive gotten three warnings in a row in less than 10 days time

But all three warnings came from games where I WASNT TOXIC and was trying to calm the situation and got bashed with "shut the fuck up you talk to much go die kid and reported for fk toxic bitch" and ended up getting reported for being toxic and I really wasnt,

normally If I get one warning the next punishment is chat and ranked restrictions

so my question here is

Am I only getting repeated warnings because Im not being toxic and these reports are false/troll reports and just triggering the automated system? Because again normally it goes warning>chat rest>ranked rest not three warning in less than ten days time
