kind of funny that you can get ranked restriction never playing ranked games

so, recently i got 16 or 18 games chat restriction which, afaik, is de-facto permanent because it adds new and new games regardless of your behavior, so, those who said it were true, after i played 10 games or so, it was increased from 6 or 8 to 22 games and on top of that i got ranked restriction for 2 games never playing ranked. so, you can look at me, i'm that person who ruins your ranked not even playing them (: may be it's a mild suggestion that i actually should play ranked and it's more funny there
