Ocean week? @Riot

So I was on S@20 and saw a little announcement for this cool event being held this weekend. I was excited, but found out it's only for the Oceania servers since it's exclusively on their site. I understand why I guess, considering the final goal would be dropped in their ocean but that doesn't really matter. The idea itself is both cool and appealing to all League players (especially those who like ) and I guess I'll just be stalking the Oceania site to see what happens if I can't help reach the goal :/.

I just felt like asking why it was so exclusive is the TL;DR. This sounds to cool to keep secret.
