Custom match: 100 ping. PvP: 200~300 with ping spikes over 1000 and several DC

What am I supposed to do? I contacted Riot and sent the network log, so hopefully it will be fixed in the future, but in the meantime, what can I do? Before server move I had about 5080 ping, and now I get 90120 ping. This is still playable, except randomly I get more ping. I always try custom games first to make sure that there's no lag, but this time, trying a custom game didn't help. I had a steady 100 ping (which isn't amazing, but still playable), but when I got into a PvP match, I started to lag by the time laning phase ended. Sometimes the game doesn't lag and I can keep playing at 100 ping, so I don't wanna just stop playing.
