@RIOT - can you make a mobile rune/mastery/item set editor

Hey Riot folk, I was wondering how plausible it would be to suggest making a mobile client that can basically do everything but play the game. The primary features would be shopping, building item sets, and editing rune & mastery pages. I would love to be able to tinker with those things from my phone, and I'm sure there are a lot of other people who feel the same way.
