How long should it take to fix tribunal?
Regardless of your thoughts on the effectiveness of tribunal, Riots handling of it has been rather poor.
There is something wrong when a feature is removed from an established game, the player base is told that it will return shortly and then a year later the company doesn't even offer any information for why it has been delayed so much.
I'm sorry, but an entire year without even so much as an eta on a feature that many players considered vital to the success of the game is unacceptable.
Think if WOW just removed the auction house for maintenance, told the players it would be right back, and then ignored its absence for a whole friggin year. It's pretty ridiculous.
Riot, you have three options if you have any intent on being a company with integrity.
- Scrap tribunal and tell the community it isnt returning
- Finish your work in a timely manner and release tribunal
- FULLY communicate with us and tell us when it will be back and why it is taking so long
But to just jerk everyone along for a year is pretty ridiculous.
