This Community is Ruining the Game

So here's my story,

I was going in a normal match, just a plain normal match, I called jg an this person called jg right after me. I guess he really wanted to play in the jungle. He asked me "can I jg please". I replied saying, "sry m8". I really didn't try to be rude at al or anything but then this person (not saying his name) just said "sry go fck yourself". This other person who had no connection with that person also joined in and said "jollyperson" "more like jelly" "fcker" and all things like this. I was actually humored by this because this was a normal game. But after a few more things said by both of them I got a little pissed. That really wanna jungle person just wanted to be the most annoying person ever and locked in fiddlesticks. Time was running out so I just dodged, since there isn't a penalty. I just really felt the need to tell you about this and how the community is going to eventually rot this game down to shit.

RIOT Please implement a way of reporting these type of people inside champion select! We also need harsher punishments where I've been in a match where there were extremely toxic people and I reported them because they threw the match and intentionally fed
