Riot has crappy support system

They copy and past automated pre-typed text to people.... I'd understand if someone was asking a question and they were pasting the answer, but their answer has literally nothing to do with what I asked and wanted to discuss because a particular "keyword" was highlighted from my paragraph so they decided to explain that like wth? based on my experience and working on jobs like these, these people get paid based on how many support tickets they respond to and solve which is why it's reducing the quality of support literally like talking to spam bots.
