Haven't Been Able to Play for About a Week. Help!?

Since the patch, my League client will not open. I click it, the League logo pops up, goes away, and nothing happens. This is becoming beyond frustrating as I've tried to fix it 4 days in a row now. I've tried every suggestion you can find online. The only part that confuses me: when I open the file location, and go to RADs>projects , the only folder in there is "lol_launcher." All the suggestions I see include deleting more folders within the "RADs" folder, so this confuses me. And yes, I have tried deleting the "lol_launcher" folder. I've tried a ticket too, which is total bs. I just want to play =( Can anyone help me?
