Teambuilder time penalty message is misleading

If you dodge one game and get the standard five minute penalty, and then try to play teambuilder, it says you can't play teambuilder because of the number of recent games you've left, and doesn't display the timer. This is very misleading, as it implies that this is a separate penalty from the time penalty.
