about balance and dunkey

I know alot of people have been upset over recent balance and recent dunkey ban some to the point that some even have said they see this as the downfall of league either its sooner or later, i gotta add my own two cents. regarding dunkey i watched him and he is toxic the fact he got banned means he got reported many times, we like to hold youtubers to celebrity status the fact dunkey got banned is proof that no one is above the rules. he obviously pissed alot of people off with his trolling in game the fact he says he's done with league is proof hes not that mature or else he'd realize he should tone down the amount of trolling he does for his videos when the ban gets lifted.

now as for balance look i agree the balance team needs to take a step back and the season is ending so they will have the opportunity to rethink themselves which they need to do, the preseason will bring item changes and hopefully some needed rebalancing on champs even if its just a few recently changed ones, but what i mean is we have to learn to be more ok with things and when we see something that isn't right then we can't keep posting "riot is so stupid gah! plz nurf x cuz reasons!" every post on here is usually a rage post without actual thought into what is actually unbalanced.

we need to actually deal with something then consider if its actually broken or if its actually just a mismatch or simply being outplayed, a solid example is garen he is WAY to strong right now unless you bring a tank against him you're in for a bad time, i consistently see fiora lose to garen is it a bad matchup? sure maybe its just garens being to good for fiora players but its every single game without fail there's counters then there's just being unbalanced garen may not have the best win rate pick rate but he is super strong. i should know i fought against him as gp as fiora as maokai and as sion the only way i didn't hug my tower like a frightened child clinging to mommy's skirt was maokai and sion and even then i couldn't push garen back far enough unless he went back for items.

the bottom line is make your annoyances heard but be kind about it and don't be toxic a post saying riot is stupid will get looked over but a post about balance that isn't just rage will probably be taken into consideration bring thought into your post look up stats, bring examples don't simply say "x is so broke cuz they have this thing wtf where you thinking riot gah!". we need good champs with good kits but the difference is how do you nurf without making useless, then when x gets nurfed into obscurity someone else will take that place and then people will complain about them instead and it starts a viscous cycle of nurfs kinda like we're in now.

I can agree every new champ is getting even more overloaded kits like yasuo like ekko like tk but here's the thing we kinda like it this way. everyone loves that ekko has a slow stun with a double hitting q that can cause a slow speed up as well as a nuke ult that heals him if he took damage just before it as well as a blink dash difference is when it gets used on them they dislike it, no one else remember how when he was released it was ekko everywhere you couldn't play ekko since he was on literally every team unless you played in draft/ranked and banned him. right there we yelled WE LOVE OVERLOADED CHAMPIONS GIVE US MORE, same thing happened with yasuo he was so popular and still is telling riot we love champions like him and we want overloaded kits.

we also need to decide what counts as overloaded i've seen people say gps kit is overloaded since his rework when the only thing they really changed was his e and tweeked his passive and added a bit to his ult to make it a bit better. you could argue leesin, jayce, nidalee, and elise are all overloaded with around seven spells counting transformations as one so what about them? the overall death of simple new champs has come awhile ago people just are speaking about it without realizing how long its been going. we speak with our games if everyone plays with overloaded champs then riot will keep making more and more overloaded champs to outdo the last champ and make us happy since that's all we play.

i love this game and i hate to consider this game as dying, it makes me wanna just go to something else with longevity and bring my business there since i'll end up spending my time there that's why i put up with riots sometimes crazy patches and reworks and brush it off while adapting to the changes. i read the twitter post from sunny splosion and it got me thinking about leagues future and where change needs to start, it starts with us the community we need to try having communication with riot by being less toxic and being more intelligent in our posts beyond demanding a champ gets nurfed into the ground. if we start changing and growing up i'm sure riot will start taking notice and have actual people read balance requests on pbe telling what change is needed, well have actual feedback on forum posts regarding balance and it would have a higher chance of getting put in.

TL;DR sorry guys for the long as post, change starts with us, don't be toxic, think before you demand a nurf, suggest change to what you think needs change, and no one is above being toxic
