Help me decide what champion to pick

Hello, I have saved up some ip and I have almoast 4800 ip now, I'm still thinking what champion I should buy (i have almoast all 450,1350,3150 champs... I like to play top lane. And sometimes I play ADC or mid. Never jungle or support, really I suck at that when I try to jungle i end up lvl 5 when my allies are lvl 10 with 0/7/1 :3 I like champs who dont die too easily and still have grood dmg i dont rlly like full tanks and maybe have a escape ability??

Please help me descide its suuuuw hard to pick...
