Having to sit through queue timers twice -_-

So I waited my 20 minutes of punishment to get into my ARAM game, at 10 seconds left until the game loaded someone dodged, I had already gone to make myself a sandwich, and it automatically put me into a queue again. I missed the queue pop because I was making a sandwich and now have to sit through this again -_- why this is bull shit, it should be 1 queue timer than 1 am
